Every item at Karen From Marketing Shop is made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery to Australia and New Zealand typically takes 5 to 20 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated based on the products in your order.

Ordering more than one item from the same category (for example, a cap and a beanie) adds a smaller additional item fee rather than a second full shipping charge. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout.

Multiple items in one order

Some products, including hats, beanies, and mugs, are packaged separately due to their shape and size. If your order contains items from different categories, it may arrive in more than one shipment, each calculated separately.

Customs and duties
